THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

THE ORDER OF THE GAEL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR BASED ON COURSE OF CONDUCT OR TRADE CUSTOM OR USAGE.

BUYER FURTHER AGREES THAT OTHER THAN THE ABOVE WARRANTY, IT BUYS THE MERCHANDISE “AS IS” “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM THE ORDER OF THE GAEL.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ORDER OF THE GAEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, MISREPRESENTATION, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER BASED ON THE AGREEMENT OR ANY TRANSACTION PERFORMED OR UNDERTAKEN UNDER OR IN CONNECTIN WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE THAT EACH AND EVERY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT THAT PROVIDES FOR A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY INTENDED TO BE SEVERABLE AND INDEPENDENT OF ANY OTHER PROVISION SINCE THOSE PROVISIONS REPRESENT SEPARATE ELEMENTS OF RISK ALLOCATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SHALL BE SEPARATELY ENFORCED. BUYER AGREES THAT THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.

LIMITATION ON REMEDIES

AS STATED ABOVE, THERE SHALL BE NO CLAIMS, OR OTHER LEGAL REMEDIES. BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED IN THE ORDER OF THE GAEL’S RETURN POLICY.

What materials are used in the manufacture of the Kilt Kit?

The Kilt Hanger is crafted from industry standard hard wood and metal. It is smooth finished and lacquered to give it an elegant appearance worthy of the finest kilt outfit.

The Kilt Bag is made from ballistic nylon, Velcro, mesh and webbing. Its construction is such that offers ease of use and outstanding durability. A heavy duty zipper and industrial strength stitching ensure quality construction.

No, we do not accept COD orders.

We take cash at events (please do not send cash in the mail), checks & money orders, credit cards and for online shoppers, all major credit cards through PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our Highland apparel accessories. The Order of the Gael strives to provide our customers with the finest products available.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT. If however, you find within forty-five (45) days of the date shipped, that a hanger or garment bag has a manufacturing defect, the Order of the Gael may, at its sole option and discretion, replace or repair the item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE. Similarly, if your purchase is damaged during shipping, the Order of the Gael may, at its sole option and discretion, replace or repair the item provided you request a Return Authorization within ten (10) days of the shipping date.

If you wish to return an item for either of these reasons, please contact the Order of the Gael, not the shipper, in writing either by mail, fax or email, and include your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason you are requesting a return. The Order of the Gael will review your request and if approved, will provide to you a Return Authorization along with pre-paid shipping. The completed Return Authorization, including the required information must be returned to:

The Order of the Gael will not repair or replace items which have been damaged by improper use or abuse of the item or by ordinary wear and tear.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Products are shipped the following day. Some orders may be delayed for two days when we are attending an event. Should an unforeseen delay occur, we will notify you of the delay and the estimated shipping date.

What will my shipping charges be?

It is not our intention to profit from shipping and handling charges. We have made every effort to set our shipping and handling charges to the minimum needed to get the product to you quickly and reliably, while covering our expenses.

Shipping charges are estimated at the time you place your order, additional charges may apply when shipping to some U.S. destinations. The Order of the Gael reserves the right to require payment of any excessive shipping charges prior to shipping your order. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.

How is my order shipped?

Your Kilt Kit will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Service and should arrive to most locations within 2 weeks from ship date. Exceptions may apply for some destinations and separate accessory orders may be shipped by alternate methods. If you have special shipping requirements, please call us at (702) 378-0294 to place your order.

Will you ship internationally?

Our online store can only accept orders for U.S. destinations. We will accept orders for purchases to be shipped internationally, but we ask that you contact us for shipping details and cost. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but restrictions and additional charges may apply.

My order was damaged in shipping, what should I do?

First contact the carrier that delivered you package and file a claim. Next, notify Order of the Gael of your situation. We will work with you to get a resolution.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep an adequate inventory on hand. However, should we sell out of an item we generally can have a shipment within a couple of weeks. You would be notified of this anticipated delay.
