Description
The Kilt Bag is a unique garment bag designed to store and carry (up to) three complete kilt outfits. The rear panel has been planned for balance and convenience. To maximize balance, one item should be placed in the center; two items would utilize the outer two holders; and, of course, three items would use all three holders.
The belts are arranged across the upper portion with the buckle held in the loop with a retaining strap across the belt immediately below. Sporrans are placed in the netted holders just below and secured with the Velcro strap. Shoes are stored in a zippered bag at the bottom to prevent the introduction of soil into the garment area. Hangers fit through the slot at the top and can be held together with the “cinch-strap” at the top. Should it become necessary to “hide” the hanger hooks, loops in the top of the bag are provided.
This garment bag uses one space in your closet and truly is a “grab and go” piece of luggage. It offers a unique solution for one of your most expensive and most cherished fashion ensembles. It is designed for the Clansman who travels to functions where both casual and formal attire are worn. However, it is perfectly suited for band members, military costumes and women's wear and offers protection if you “check” it as luggage on a flight.
The kilt bag is soft-sided and measures approximately 40" high, 22" wide and 5" thick. Dimensions will vary depending on the size and number of items carried in the bag.
